When it rains in Bangalore, severely challenged is the city's wannabe image as a world city. Coz world cities dont collapse under water. Of course, New Orleans did. But that was due to Katrina, and not a simpleton rain like Bangalore's. Moreover, New Orleans is hardly a world city, even if it is an American city.
